These terms apply when you use samples.aromadana.com, join our list or buy from us. This site is run by Aroma Dana. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older to join our list, sign up for texts or buy.
The sample list and reservations
Joining the list costs nothing. The page tells you what joining gives you, for example getting the sample link first. Where the site lets you reserve samples, the page tells you what the reservation holds and whether you pay now. If you paid and we cannot deliver, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. You pay on our Shopify checkout at aromadana.com, and our store terms of service also apply to your purchase. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Shipping and orders that ship later
We tell you when your order ships before you pay. If we cannot ship by the date we gave you, we email you before that date with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund. If we did not give you a date, we ship within 30 days of your order.
Returns
Within 30 days of delivery, unopened. See our returns page for how to return an item.
Using fragrance safely
Our fragrances are for use on the skin only. Test a small amount on your skin first. Stop using it if your skin reacts. Keep it away from your eyes, from children, and from heat and flames, because perfume can catch fire. Do not swallow it. The ingredients are listed on the packaging.
Reviews and pictures
The reviews on this site are a selection of real reviews from verified buyers of No. 1 Aether. Some pictures on this site are artistic images. The product and packaging you receive may look slightly different.
Our content
The words, pictures, films and design on this site belong to Aroma Dana. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
Do not misuse the site. For example, do not use bots to sign up or buy, give false information, or try to break or overload the site.
No promises beyond these terms
We work hard to keep the site correct and working, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no other promises about the site.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the dispute. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not let us limit.
Which law applies
The laws of the State of Florida, United States, apply to these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Text message terms
Aroma Dana texts. When you add your mobile number on this site, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Aroma Dana at that number: the sample link, launch news, offers and reminders about your reservation.

- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We send one text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to join again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email contact@aromadana.info.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 or older, and the account holder of the phone or allowed to use it.
- If you change your number, text STOP from the old number first.
